In 1995 Cyberia Lebanon was
established to offer Telecommunications services to the Lebanese
market and later that year it began its work by deregulating the
Lebanese wireless data communications market.
In 1996 it obtained licenses that grant it the right to offer
VSAT communications and Internet Services. After the launch of

In July 2001, Cyberia Holdings acquired International Data
Exchange (INDEX) L.L.C, one of the top ISPs in Jordan. This
acquisition further strengthened Cyberia Holdings’ position as
the major provider of Internet access and online services in the
Middle East.
Now operating in three countries, including Lebanon, Saudi
